I need to convert volts into torque,please give some tips

I will assume that you mean the drive signal volts from the controller.  The drive will have a rating, or a configuration parameter, that will tell you the scaling of drive signal voltage to drive output current.  Your servo motor will have a published torque constant, or more likely a torque curve, that will allow you to determine torque vs. current.

Actually the the torque transducer signal is measured as volts,it needs to be converted into N-m to give it to a controller.

The torque transducer has specifications for how the output signal would be scaled.  They typically come with a calibration sheet.
