Hello,
Is there a way to invert the output from an axis? I'm summing the outputs from Axes 5 and 7 using an op amp on a PCB I designed. But the load cell I'm using as the feedback for Axis 5 outputs the negative of the voltage that I want. Can I invert the signal in MAX without needing to add an inverting op amp on my PCB?
Hardware: PXI-7358
LabVIEW 2010
Axis 5 feedback = analog output load cell, Axis 7 feedback = motor encoder
Thanks,
Matthew

You can connect that signal to your drive with reverse polarity. That will invert the output. Otherwise, you may need to use an inverter.
