Firmware updating and Labview updating problems

I have labview 7.1 and I installed NI-motion driver version 7.5 , and I have NI-DAQ 8.3, my controller is PCI-7340 and I have UMI-7774, my problem that when I try to update firmware by right clicking firmware in the tree as attached in this message I can't select it since there is no choice for selecting, also when I try to update the labview7.1 to 7.1.1 the attached message was prompted

1. The firmware of the MOTION interface cannot be updated because it is already up to date ! The Update Firmware button becomes only active if the card's firmware is older than the one that is installed on the disk. I'm also using NI-MOTION 7.5 and I have just checked that the firmware versions are the same than yours.
   
2. No idea about the initializing problem.
3. Like mentionned in the dialog box, do following : Control Panel >> Add/Remove Programs >> National Instruments : Software >> Modify/Remove...>>NI LabVIEW Runtime Engine 7.1 >> Repair. Repeat for LV RTE 7.1.1 if it is also listed. Because I'm using a french version of WXP, the names may not be correct.
