Error 70126: An axis cannot change feedback while moving or...

Hi,

I'm using NI Motion 7.6, Motion Controller PCI-7334 with UMI 7764 and two drivers with encoders.

I configure the Axis (1 and 2), I configure the encoder with right revolutions parameters, then initialize.

With 1-D test I'm stuck with this problem:

-70126 NIMC_axisConfigurationError
An axis cannot change feedback while moving or change output while enabled. Stop and/or disable the axis and then configure it.

I have to say that the software and the drivers were working fine, then I reinstalled NI Motion and I'm unable to solve this error.

Any hints on where to focus?

Hello Naxe,

are you able then to resolve the error disabling the axis or it just stucks like that?

If everything started after reinstalling Motion, maybe you should try to make a repair of the installation.

Did anything else changed since the last time it worked?
