wpf graph ticks at the border are offset 1 pixel

Please check the picture: leftmost and rightmost ticks are offset 1 pixel. Why would this happen?

It is difficult to provide a specific reason without knowing how the graph has been customized. I have tried to reproduce the pictured configuration, but do not see the same alignment issue. Would you mind posting the XAML you use for the graph and axes?
