I use VS2013 and Measurement 2012 for my project.

And I use waeformgraph in my project.

My question is can I add an offset for one plot wthout changing append data in history?

What would the plot look like after this operation?

My first thought is that if you want to add an offset to a specific part of the waveform, you can specify the region (propably by setting index) you want to add an offset. Is that what you want?
