Hi,
I have been confused by a dependency problem in my mstudioui.msm merge module for a while, there are two unreachable dependencies in it - Microsoft_VC90_ALT_x86.240CE762_0ECF_3EA9_9B88_59EFA15C781A and Microsoft_VC90_CRT_x86.D8D85FD0_537C_3A3A_9BEC_7A1B426637EC.
The developing environment I am running with is VS2008 and MSTUDIO 8.6.1.
Everytime when I try to build the deployment project I got the following warning messages:
Warning 1 Unable to find module dependency with signature 'CRT.98CB24AD_52FB_DB5F_FF1F_C8B3B9A1E18E'
Warning 2 Unable to find module dependency with signature 'ATL.97F81AF1_0E47_DC99_FF1F_C8B3B9A1E18E'
Is there anything wrong with my Measurement Studio intstallation?
Thanks for any assistance.

I have Visual Studio 2008 Version 9.0.30729.1 SP installed on my PC.
I have checked with Microsoft Update and there is no pending update for my VS installation.
Any idea ?
Thanks,
Oscar

You can always install the binaries directly to your application folder, without using the Merge Module.
Although I hope sometime NI and Installshield become friends... Too many issues if you use Installshield to setup an app with NI components.
