modulation toolkit c#

I have modulation toolkit for labwindoows/cvi and measurement studio8.5 , how can i use modulation toolkit in C#?

You'll have to call into the dll from C#. There isn't an NI wrapper available for it.

There is a .NET wrapper for Modulation Toolkit 4.1. Refer to the following page: https://www.ni.com/en/support/documentation/supplemental/13/national-instruments--net-support.html

The ,NET wrapper zip file also contains Modulation Toolkit examples for C# and VB .NET.
