labview pass 1D array to C#

Hi
I have used .net assembly to use a dll in c#.

but i can't pass 2D array to C# dll,

this image is used code

and input 1D array 

first line, just convert 1d array

second line , add type cast 

but return error "image empty"

coul you please help me.
