Programatically searching for a data socket server?

Hello everyone. I am using Measurement Studio .Net (v. 8.01 ) and Visual Studio .Net 2003/2005. I have a question on how to scan for a data socket server, without any user interaction. Basically, I am looking for a way to programmatically search for a data socket server and fill either a drop-down list box or check list box, with all the available data socket servers and “dstp” URLs available.

Is this possible? I know that Measurement Studio contains a “SelectUrl” method…but this requires user interaction. I need a way to have the code scan for any “dstp” servers and display them.

Thanks everyone in advance,

Jason

Sorry, I didn't state that I was using C# as my programming language, in my previous post. Smiley Tongue

Thanks,

Unfortunately, the SelectUrl() method is the only way to browse for dstp URLs.
