The TDMS library was introduced in version 8.6 of Measurement Studio. You will need to upgrade to get it.

If you do upgrade, here's a good reference on it:

Dear David adn Jervin,
We have M studio 8.6 on our other machines and I just updated the old machine also. But I do not see the TDMS lib there either. Does it have anything to do with the standard or the enterprise version?

TDMS is included in the Professional and Enterprise Editions, but not in the Standard Edition. Standard is, for the most part, intended to be an option for people wanting only the MStudio UI controls.
