Wafer Probe TEL lP12XL

Hi all

I have to drive a Wafer Prober TEL P12XL with Labview: I have the main GPIB command, but sometimes the comunication between PC station and prober is not working.

Have anybody experience on this kind of instrument?

Some tips?

You will have a better chance of getting your question answered if you post to the appropriate board. You mention that you are using LabVIEW but this board is for the Excel add-on called 'Measure'.

TEL P12 is a wafers prober and it has an GPIB interface so I'm using Labview to manage the GPIB bus and send the commands strings.

I would like know if someone had faced these kinds of problems.

Since you are using LabVIEW, it's even more confusing as to why you are posting to this board. Repost to the Instrument control or LabVIEW board.
