How can i get the RMS current?

Hi everyone , I hope you can help me with a small problem that I have. I am doing a program with the Datadashboard that consists of monitoring the consumption of a light bulb and being able to turn it on and off with a relay. The part of the relay already works for me, my problem is with the calculation of the current. I am using the 30 amp ACS712 current  sensor the problem is the reading varies from peak + to peak - and I just don't know how to get a stable value of  current. I hope you can give me an idea of ​​how to continue since I have been trying for several days and nothing.
