I threshold a 8 bit image and would like to know the coordinate of each blob pixel (coordinates of red pixels). Is there a way to get the coordinates?

Take a look at Section 5 in the following document:

This outlines how to use the Blob Analysis VI to get back a particle report that includes coordinates of each blob.
