"no acquisition process" error with PCI 1407

Hi everyone. I bought a PCI 1407 and tried to use it to work with my IR camera.

I installed to my computer with the newly released driver on August 2010. In NI-MAX the equipment and the camera can also be recognized. But the preview window remained black and when I clicked the "Grab" button it just showed a error saying "no acquisition process".

My camera is Dage-MTI LSC68D. It's not so common but it can work under the standard RS-170.

Hi Ruoyu,

What drivers do you have installed on your machine, if you open Measurement and Automation Explorer (MAX), and expand the software tree, you will see all National Instruments software on your system. Can you post a screenshot of it please.

What about the camera file? Make sure you have the correct camera file for your camera. Here is a good document for the Camera File .
