Hello iblmax,

Let me clarify one thing to better understand your situation.

Regarding the software that you mentioned, is it NI-IMAQ, or NI Vision?
The reason why I am asking this is that these two softwares are different products, and therefore the answer to your question differs accordingly.
NI-IMAQ is the driver software used to acquire images from framegrabber boards provided by NI.
NI-Vision is the set of image processing and analysis functions that you must purchase separately.
You can check which software is installed on your system through Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX), under Software tree.

If the software is NI-IMAQ, there is no reference manual specifically for Visual Basic programming; however, the function set is identical to the ones for C, so you can refer to the "NI-IMAQ function reference ", which you can find at Start >> All Programs >> National Instruments >> Vision >> Documentation, installed along with the driver software.

If the software is NI-Vision, there is a reference manual for Visual Basic programming called "NI Vision for Visual Basic Reference Help", which you can find at the same location as the previous one.

You can search and download these documentation in PDF format from the following links.
Manuals - Support - National Instruments

Hope you find this information is helpful.

p.s.
If you find it more comfortable posting messages in Japanese, there is another board for Japanese customers.

ok,your response is really helpful.
in our research,I want to control image brightness.
and I know by setting CWIMAQBCGOptions.Brightness param may works for that purpose.
but that only can deal with U8 images.only Values below 128 darken the image, and values above 128 brighten the image.
what I need is handling 12bit images,so my brightness is expected to 0 - 4095.
in this situation, how to deal with it.
thanks.
