different framegrabber files

In het verleden heb ik altijd frame grabber files gebruikt CameraFile (5.50).

Zo heb ik voor verschillende cameratypes mijn camerafiles al lange tijd in gebruik.

Bij het installeren van nieuwe pc's (met dezelfde software denk ik) kan ik deze CameraFiles niet meer gebruiken, ik moet ze terugbrengen tot 5.00 vooraleer ze werken.

Gebruik ik toch de verkeerde software dan? Welke versie moet ik hebben? Ik gebruik nu Version 6.1 500475F-00.

One pc can load frame grabber files 5.50, the other gives an error when using this file.

It needs to be adjusted to a 5.00 file to work.

What did I install wrong??

I always use 5.50 files, my latest installed pc's give errors.

I'm using IMAQ Version 6.1 500475F-00, is this the right one?

Hi,

Perhaps it would be a good idea to compare the software lists in MAX under My System. That way you can check if you have identical software. If you have identical software and the new pc's still give errors, can you then let me know and send screenshots of those errors together with a screenshot of the software list in MAX?

Thank you for your reply.

I already found the mistake. It was comparing my Vision software but the difference was in the IMAQ software.
I installed IMAQ 3.0 on the new pc while on the pc IMAQ 3.5 was installed.
