camera file variables

Hi,

I'm busy creating a camerafile for the Imperx 11M5 camera. I have the camera working with some basic functionality in MAX (I can set 8/10 bit etc).

The camera uses registers to set specific values for parameters. In the camerafile generator I can send serial commands to get a specific parameter to be set, but I can't find out how I can create Attributes that just set variables but not send anything so that all variables can be added (all variables on 1 camera register) and than send.

Is there a possibility to use variables and add variables in the .icd file ?

If I understand it correctly this is not possible. You could consider an single attribute that writes the whole register at once.
