boolean logic with features

The Vision module does have feature-based (also known as marker-based) boolean operators, but does anyone know how to create them in labview? Specifically the feature-AND operation.
I have attached a schetch of the operation.

A more detailed explanation:
I have a stack of images which shows cells growing on a glass slide. I am interested in using the increase in area to determine the growth of the cells.
Initially I thought I could just use the "IMAQ particle analysis report" to compare images. But if a cell dislodges from the glass or if a new one settles on the glass, the order of the particles is shifted in "IMAQ particle analysis report".  How can I get the program to keep track of the changes?

thanks in advance

I would consider sorting and analyzing the results of the particle analysis.  By comparing the centroid and average radius of each particle, you should be able to tell which ones overlap.  You should be able to create a new list with the old and new information for each particle along with any unmatched particles.
