avoiding blurry image and controlling ring light

Hi! i`m using Basler scout series for GigE vision Camera scA640-70gc and with ring light AI RL1424 i wanna know how to control that light and i have moved object also how can avoid the blurry from that motion of the object.

For both questions the answer is EXPOSURE TIME. Its a property of the camera, if you reduce it in a required rate you can increase the frame rate and avoid blur image this also effects in reduce intensity.
