algorithms in Vision Dev

Hi All,

We have XYZ stages and camera. We need to collect and process images in some way and don't have any experience with Vision Development. If somebody has experience with Vision Development, please, share your knowledge about next algorithms:

1. Alignment camera image (pixel) with X-Y stage position based on chip with grid
2. Create single image from multiply adjusted images with different focuses
3. Find features (biological cells - could be overlapped) by X-Y dimensions
4. Apply intensity threshold on features
5. Find feature centers
6. Apply filters on features based on average intensity, total intensity, centroid X, centroid Y, orientation, shape factor, length, width, etc.
7. Convert image coordinates to X-Y stage position
