Why can't I store acquired image to browser in VA8.0

I am using VA 8.0 and IEEE 1394 cameras. When I wanted to acquire a image using VA8.0 and stored it to the browser, nothing was stored to the browser. Only a white rectangle was displayed there. The printscreen of my problem is attached here.

When you want to store the image to the browser, you should press the botton "Store Acquired Image in Browser" firstly and then press the botton "colse". Please see the attatchment.
