I am asking this to just get a feeling what speeds are possible with NI vision.
Is it possible to get a quick answer on these questions :
If I should do some basic vision functions on a low res camera image (768*576), like treshold, and measure a distance, what are the maximums speeds that i could get with :
- analog board (1409) and a pc. I guess 60 fps (spec of the card)?
- parallel digital card (1422). I know that is depending of the pci-throughput.
- how fast can I acquire images for inspection later
- how fast can I "acquire - process" images? (with some basic vision functions)
- Same question for firewire.
- Some for Compact Vision system.
