Vision Development Module

Hey all,

I'm currently in the process of downloading the trial version of the NI-Vision Development Module. Is this a stand alone program? Or do I also require LabView to run this? Thanks for the help.

HI Kul,

The Vision Development Module is a set of tools that allows you access to a number of vision processing algorithms.

In order to use these you need some kind of development platform in order to create programs that use these algorithms. (eg Visual Basic 6, LabVIEW, LabWindows CVI ....)

Sorry Kul, as they keep on changing products name, I am getting confused...

AdamB is right. The standalone application is Vision Assistant or Vision Builder for Automated Inspection (VBAI)
