Vision Development 7.1 can not be reinstalled

Recently I uninstalled all NI Software from Add/Remove in control panel due to PC problems. Then I tried to reinstall all NI software. Unfortunately I 've failed to install Vision Development 7.1. Every time I try to reinstalled Vision Development 7.1, system said " higher version of the software already installed not installation required" even that no Vision sodtware install in my pc.

Something was not removed from the registry...

Try to use misblast (attached). Use it carefully.

Hi,

I've tried to run Msiblast given by you, an error message appeared: " Error 1316. A network error occured while attempting to read from file: C:\Windows\Installer\vis711.msi". Then when I click OK another error message appeared " Error 1603 occured when trying to uninstall NI IMAQ Vision 7.1.1"
