I am doing research video stitching using structure deformation whether structure deformation is used to find homography or  just to align the structure of image.

Actually i have been reading a journal paper which uses structure deformation to stitching image but thing is to stitch an image we need to know the homography, but is the structure deforamtion is used to find homography between images.
