I have a WIN10 64-bit operating system that I would like to use a NIT MC1003 USB 3 Vision camera but NI-MAX does not see it. It has installed as a "universal serial bus controller" as

and not as a camera (I think that is what the issue is?).
I read another article that said change the driver to the NI-IMAQdx driver but when I tried to do that in "Device Manager" I have an error listed below:
Attempts to install the driver pop up the following message:
"The folder you specified doesn't contain a compatible software driver for your device. If the folder contains a driver, make sure it is designed to work with Windows for x64-based systems."
When I click on Software in the MAX tree below, NI-IMAQdx does show up as being installed. The NI instructions say to change the camera driver to one found in C:\Program Files\National Instruments\NI-IMAQdx\Staging\NI USB3 Vision, but my driver is located in C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\NI-IMAQdx\Staging\NI USB3 Vision.
With the camera installed as it is I can use the standard software package provided by the supplier (their vision software) and the camera works.
Can anyone help please?
Regards
Martin
