Template matching problem

              I am having problem with pattern matching vi. I am using CVS 1454 hardware. I have made templates for matching. When i run my software templates are matched and i get output correctly but sometime it fail to match. to solve problem i have to replace templet with backup which i created and again it start matching. this problem is repeated many times. even pattern matching vi do not give error like template is corrupted...

What is the template score you are using? The optimum score is 600.

             Thanks for your reply.I think it is not due to score.It may be due to template corruption. If i reduce score even below 500 it do not match.

Enabling things like "Search for rotated paterns" and "Subpixel accuracy" can help sometimes.
