Simultaneous image generation

Somebofy might have the answer to my persisting code bug problem. I am working on microscope imaging here where I get my pixels to be formed on XY-coordinate 2D plane (or call it image array) from analog currents into my DAQ board. I need to sort of make two (2) different image windows (and file) from two analog input channels respectively. I thought that if I make to parallel loops of IMAQ Vision routine this will do the job? What I see is that cuts the image half and forms a clear demarcation line in the middle of the scanned image? What can be the problem?
Thanks,
Berns B.

This sounds difficult to figure out without seeing any of the code. Perhaps you could explain more about which routines you are using or include a code example that show what you are doing.

The way I would do it is create a 2D array for each image, then just use ArrayToImage to convert it to an IMAQ image.
