In an LCD inspection application I am using "IMAQ Find CoordSys (2 Rects).vi" to position the coordinate system at the LCD top left corner.
However, the result is not very stable as several runs on the same image do not necessarily yield the same result: the new origin may be offset by a few pxls. On different images the new origin may be offset by as much as 10 pxls and orientation may vary by +-0.2 degs.
I have played around with "contrast", "filter width" and "steepness" but it hasn't improved much.
Any suggestions?
