Problems with ActiveX imaqVision

Hello,

i have some problems with the activeX components cwImaqVision and cwMachineVision!

1. when i make a pattern match i get stange results!   

With
  LearnPatternOptions.learnMode = cwImaqLearnAll
and  
  LearnPatternOptions.AdvancedOptions.RotationOptions.SearchStrategy = cwImaqBalancedSearch
the result is more or less ok, or lets say the patternmatching is working.
But when I change to LearnPatternOptions.AdvancedOptions.RotationOptions.SearchStrategy = cwImaqCoservativeSearch

i get the message that the template descriptor does not contain data required for this search strategy! see attachmen

Ihope anybody can help me or can explain me what to do or what to check.
