Problem Saving Images using Vision Assistant 7.0

Right now I am both acquiring and saving images using NI Vision Assistant 7.0.  After successfully acquiring the images I try to save them all at once, but after clicking "save", most of the images are replaced with 250 x 30 white rectangles.

If I try to save an individual image it too will disappear but only about 20% of the time.

This problem also occurs if I were to load images to Vision Assistant, modify them, and then re-save.

Any ideas of how to solve this problem?

Hello Jonny,

What image type are you using to save the images? Are the images that you are using color or grayscale? If you are trying to save the image to an invalid datatype, that could cause problems. Try using a different image datatype. When you open the images that were save to disk, are they correct, or do they contain the white stripe data? Do you have administrative priviliges on that machine? If you are trying to write images to a folder that you don't have write permission for, then problems could arise.

Please give me more detail about the images that you have acquired/loaded and the formats that you are using.
