Power on problem 1407 and IMAQ 3.1.1

Hello to all,

I have installed the new NI IMAQ 3.5.1 and all so the MAX Version 4.0.

The Problem is still the same!!!!!

Several Months later...   I just revisited this problem. I just tried installing 3.5.1 (from the vision 8.0 CD) and also a new 1410 board. I got the same problem. Has anyone found out anymore info on this??? Could it be minimum system requirement related? I am using the same system (1.2 GHz celeron) with 128 M of PC133 Ram.
