Panasonic NV-DX110 and LabView

Hi

I am trying to acquire images from a Panasonic NV DX110 mini DV camera through a FireWire cable in LabView (8.2.1). I have the Vision Development Module and the Vision Acquisition Software installed. The Measurement & Acquisition Explorer tells me that the device is not associated with IMAQ nor IMAQdx IEEE1394 drivers.

Is it possible to connect this camera to LabView?

No, it will not work.  It uses compressed DV video, while the firewire drivers use uncompressed video.
