Ni-Imaq and Ni-Vision license problematic

Thanks for your answer, so now i have time again to spent some time for this project.
You are right with your assumtions.

Lets say i do some Image processing task. I kown for this is NI-VISION created and 
i have in fact some old licences. But I dont want to buy for all my testmachines 
the runtime licences because then i have to watch these machines, too 
Thats the reson why NO NI-VISION !

By the way the imageProcessing is working well and extremly fast if i comare it to my old
Vision version.

But now if my processing result is failed. I want to show the user the result in a CVI panel.
for this i am using the CVI's picture control  and load a bmp.

For creating the bmp I used imaqArrayToImage and imaqWriteFile.
Thats the only point where i am using NI-Vision.

If there is a way getting the a picture buffer (used malloc)  to a CVI panel i would be glad.

I have searched my local-drive for NI-VisionCvi.chm whitout  success
