NI PCI-1410 and C7884 Driver circuit for NMOS linear image sensors

Can i use the PCI-1410 DAQcard to acquire an image from the Driver circuit (attachment)? The driver circuit will be used with the S8380-256Q NMOS linear image sensor. The Problem is it possible to generate the start signal and master clock with the PCI-1410 and use the pixel clock to trigger the A/D-Converter (C7884_series.pdf page two timing chart)?

Hi, sorry for late response but this is not so typically.

Those signals seem very odd, we cannot accept or interface directly with all of them.  You will need to use the IMAQ A6822 (http://digital.ni.com/manuals.nsf/websearch/6AE433649B21305986256970006478AD) to pass in the needed signals that we care about.  These are:

P clock
VSYNC
HSYNC

The pulse train generation you´ve asked about should be no problem.  The camera file can be setup to output a pulse train at a specified rate and duty cycle.  Here is an overview of the video signals we expect:

Hope this helps,
