How do you trigger a linescan camera?

Hi muks,

It might be helpful if we had a little more information about what you are trying to do.  What hardware do you have?  What camera are you using?  I will give you some basics.  There are several different types of triggering modes for line scan cameras.  I would suggest taking a look at his knowledgebase from information about them.  Line Scan Triggering Modes   This knowledgebase will discuss how to do it with an analog camera and PCI-1409 which is the only analog frame grabber we have that will support line scan.  How Do I Use Analog Line Scan Cameras with NI-IMAQ?  Take a look at these and let me know if they are helpful.
