I'm in trouble with IMAQ skeleton beacuse I'm not enought information. Someone could help me with a simple example ?

What do you need to know about the skeleton functions?
Have you looked at the Vision Concepts Manual? 9-26 adresses skeleton functionality. If you have specific problems implementing a solution please descibe it in more detail and I will help you as best I can from there.
