IMAQ integration with Labview 6.0

Hello --

-- We are trying to trigger image acquisition via a DAQ board using Labview 6.0 and Vision Builder 5.0 (through a PCI-1409 video acquisition board). We have installed the latest version of the video board drivers (3.1 I believe) but the IMAQ Vision VI's are not showing up in Labview. Is this because we are using an earlier version of Labview?

Thank you for contacting National Instruments.

You are correct, the latest version of NI-IMAQ (3.0.1) only includes support for LabVIEW 6.1, 7.0, and 7.1. NI-IMAQ 2.6.1 was the last version to include VIs for LabVIEW 6.0. I highly recommend uninstalling 3.0.1 before installing 2.6.1.
