IMAQ Vision "Not an image" bug (caused LabVIEW crash)

Just found nice bug. Run the following simple code (attached):

on my PC this code above produced following result:

is someone else able to reproduce this behaviour?

(I using LabVIEW 8.6f1/Vision 8.6.4 on WinXP Prof SP3).
