I get a strange image with image grabber 1410

We use a PCI 1410 working in EXTERNAL mode to grab non-standard signal ,and give it HSync, VSync ,PCLK. Then we get a strange image . the sample is a grating , it appears only have two value ,0 and 1 in the image .
