How to work only with an area of an image in Vision Builder

I'm new with IMAQ Vision Builder and I'd like to make the inspection of this connection (see photo). Which are the script steps that you suggest me to do this? How can I selct a region of the picture and delete the rest to go on working (in Adobe Photoshop is a "Crop Image")? Thanks a lot

You can just do an Image>>Image Mask, and the draw your region of interest.
