Hey Pixar,

I have tried your method. Because of the changeable brightness of Live Video, I can't get ideal conclusion.  Do you have another idea?

Hi

The only way is that you do a histogram measuring, after that you know the values of the bright regions.

Then you can set the value for the Thresholding.

Hi,

I have tried many methods to my dynamic illumination and dynamic position live video analysis. I think it is impossible to analyze automatically. Therefore I try to select the ROI manually. But there are still two diffcult points.First one is I have to select two ROI on Image, second one is I have to make sure the two ROIs are in a same size. Do you have any idea?  Thanks in advance.
