How do I measure optical center from picture

I like to fix optical distortions with my own algorithm so how can I measure optical center from dotgrid target?

I am using labview 7.1 and newest vision development module.

Hi

Well... I'd say, detect the dots postition and calculate the centre... this can be relativily tricky depending on what the image looks like.
Could you post an image of your dotgrid target 😮 ?

Hi!

I'm using target which has dot pattern in 25 mm x 25 mm area. Dots diameter is 0,125 mm and spacing 0,250 mm. I am quite new with vision so is there any ready function to calculate the optical center of picture? I have heard that vision has calibration tools for dotgrid pattern so does it give any usable parameters to output or does it just fix current picture :S
