How do I determine the end points of a line region in an image?

If I use the "Line tool" to create a line region on an image, how do I determine the start and end points of that line? Or, how do I get that line as a CWIMAQLine object in my program?

Assuming you're using Visual Basic, you can do something like this:

Dim Line As CWIMAQLine
Set Line = CWIMAQViewer1.Regions(1)

Then you can access the start and end of the line with Line.Start and Line.End in the usual way.
