Find the Defect

Hello,

I attched three images in which I want to find out the defect.

I applied some of mechanism but it doen't work and I am new in Labview and Vision Assistant

So plz help me and suggest me which mechanism should work on it in Vision Assistant...

In Attched Images I used a glass to detect the side Defect of the Circle, So Mechanism must be applies on the glass not in middle images

In copy of 1 and copy of 2 images show you what I want to find as a defect..

Hello,

First of all I would recommend to have a better contrast on your images. The difference is not significative between the background and the defect.

Then you can try the contour extraction functions.
