Filter Image

Hello

Im last year student and we have an assignments wich ask me to filter any kind of frequency out of the image.

Were obligated to do this with fourier transforms. An image is added as an attachement.

Typically, with Vision Development Module, you would do start by calling IMAQ FFT to compute the FFT of the image. Then you have different functions in the library you can use to manipulate the frequencies and reconstruct the image:

IMAQ ComplexTruncate, IMAQ ComplexAttenuate, IMAQ ComplexFlipFrequency. Look at the VIs in the Frequency Domain palette.

Last, use IMAQ InverseFFT to get the image containing only the frequency you filtered.
