Now, I use IMAQ 1405 and CCD camera (KP-D20A) with LabVIEW 7.0. I have to acquire the laser fringes and specify the pixel of this fringes in order to measure the distance between the stripe of the fringes. Do you have some example code? If you have ,please let me know.

I am not sure that I fully understand your application, but it sounds like you want to measure the distance between two different edges in an image.  To do this, you would probably need to use the Measure Distances VIs that come with the Vision Development Module.  There are some good examples of this in the NI Example Finder.  Go to Toolkits and Modules >> Vision >> Functions >> Clamp Example.vi.  Please let me know if this helps.
