Display real time video form an USB camera

Solved!
Go to solution
Hi,
I'm developing a control for an AFM with LabView for my thesis. To calibrate it I need to display the video acquired from an USB camera in real time. There's a way to do it in LabView? To put it in an other way, can I create a VI that allows me to display a video in real time?

Thanks!

PS: I've already downloaded the "NI-IMAQ for USB Cameras" package.

Hi Lando;

Unfortunatelly there is not the possibility neither to display Videos in LabVIEW nor to display single images in Real-Time.

What you can do fore sure is to acquire images at fast rate, performing a grab and displayng them. The NI-IMAQ for USB Cameras Drivers bring with them many examples you can look at to find specific solutions to your problem.

Good work!
