I have a project that is a robot arm which organizes the interior of a car , and i have to choose a type of camera which can calculate the depth-image , so im confused about using kinect (with low resolution) camera or camera multiview knowing that the first can calculate de depth-image immediately and the second need a whole calculation

Hi there,
Have you seen this page? I found the following paragraph potentially helpful for you:
"A single configuration parameter is included in this function which allows for the custom application of the camera Focal Length. This value depends on the resolution of the camera and is configured correctly for the current depth image settings. If the resolution of the depth image is changed, the focal length parameter will need to be reset. "
Typically a camera is selected based on a number of specifications, but I imagine depth of field or working distance will be important for you. Here's a page that might help.
